Wenger provides a limited lifetime warranty on Genuine Swiss Army Knives, which are purchased in the USA and its territories and possessions, are warranted for the lifetime of the original purchaser, against breakage or malfunction, under normal use, due to defects in material or workmanship. Wenger will repair or, at our option replace any defective knife with the same or a comparable model. Wenger will refund the purchase price if repair or replacement is not commercially practicable or cannot be made in a timely fashion. This warranty will become null and void if the knife is misused, abused, tampered with or taken apart. It also does not cover any ornamentation, imprint, or inlay applied to the knife. Wenger will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from any and all uses of the knife. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental consequential or special damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty give you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
